BOOKING FEE & DEVELOPMENT LEVY: Online and telephone bookings are subject to £1 booking fee per transaction. Ticket prices for most shows include a £1 contribution to our development fund, helping protect the future of Macrobert Arts Centre and improve our facilities.
GROUP BOOKINGS: – The more the merrier! For bookings of 10 or more please contact our Box Office on 01786 466 666 or fill out our Group Bookings Enquiry form. For any other queries related to group bookings you should contact us.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES – We're unable to offer any refunds unless we cancel the event. We may be able to exchange your tickets for a small admin fee - please contact the Box Office.

CONCESSIONS & DISCOUNTS
*Concessions – students, under 16’s, senior citizens, persons with a disability and their assisting companion, Young Scot card holders, benefit claimants and equity members (proof of eligibility is required at time of booking / collection)
*Babes in Arms – A limited number of free tickets for children aged 12 months and under (who are sharing a seat with their carer) are available for family friendly events. Please call the Box Office for more info and to book, 01786 466 666.
