Pre-booking your tickets is recommended to select your preferred seat and to save time queuing. Our Front of House team will be on hand to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

We encourage everyone to book their tickets in advance, either online or over the phone - 01786 466 666 - to minimise waiting times.
Our Box Office is open for phone bookings every day between 10am and 7pm.
Although you can purchase tickets upon arrival, we would encourage everyone to book their tickets in advance, either online or over the phone, to minimise waiting times.
Tickets booked online or over the phone will be emailed to you to print at home or you can show them at the venue using your smartphone. If neither of these options is possible, you will still be able to collect your tickets from our box office.
Door for performances/screenings will open approx. 15 minutes before your advertised start time. Entrances/exits for each space will be clearly marked and our staff will be on hand to guide you.
Yes. The wearing of face coverings is mandatory whilst in Macrobert and during your film screening / performance unless you are in an exempted category. Face coverings can only be removed whilst eating and drinking.
Yes. Hand sanitiser is provided throughout the venue, outside all auditoriums and toilets.
Yes. As per Government guidelines, we now have to record contact details from all visitors. It’s very easy to do and our team will be on hand to help. If you don’t have a smartphone with you, please make sure you have a note of your email address and phone number to hand. This information will only be shared with NHS Test and Protect.
We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes before the advertised start time of their screening. However, latecomers will be permitted up to 30 minutes after the advertised screening time. Rules on permitting latecomers to live shows varies from show to show. Should you be running late, please make yourself known to a member of staff on arrival who will guide you to your seat.
Yes. Food and drink can be purchased from our Kiosk and cafebar
Yes. Although contactless is our preferred method of payment, we do still accept cash.
We ask everyone to respect a 1 metre social distancing when in our building. All performance and screenings spaces maintain 1m+ social distancing.
Yes. Toilets are available throughout your visit. We ask that you respect any social distancing measures that are in place.
The venue is regularly cleaned and between all screenings and performances.
The cafebar is now open as well as our kiosk selling hot and cold drinks, ice cream, and snacks.
Yes. Should you show symptoms, have to self-isolate or have concerns about attending due to the impacts of COVID-19 please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange a refund.
