Join PJ Hurst for a new term of Contemporary Dance!

	Our Adult Contemporary Dance class is a dynamic contemporary dance class for adults aged 18 and over, offering a supportive environment where participants can develop their dance skills, express themselves creatively, and connect with their fellow dancers and a professional dance artist. What to expect? The class begins with warm-up exercises, which focus on improving flexibility, strength, and balance before exploring contemporary dance routines with dance artist, PJ Hurst. Please remember to bring water to this session and wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for dancing. All levels are welcome! Adult Classes: Contemporary Dance for 18+ Summer 2025 Term will run from 7pm - 8.30pm, Monday 28th April to Monday 30th June. Please note: No class on Monday 5th May. This term will be held at St Modan's High Dance Studio. Please remember to complete the Core Contact Form which you can find on your digital ticket sent to your email.
