If you could know the truth about the threat of climate change – would you want to?

This documentary, presented by National Geographic, features Leonardo DiCaprio on a journey as a United Nations Messenger of Peace, travelling to five continents and the Arctic to witness climate change firsthand. He goes on expeditions with scientists uncovering the reality of climate change and meets with political leaders fighting against inaction.


Join us for a panel discussion led by Professor Gavin Little & Graeme Mcdonald. 

Gavin Little is Professor of Environmental and Public Law at the University of Stirling. He is currently researching environmental governance and environmental and energy humanities. Graeme is Associate Professor in English and Comparative Literary Studies at the University of Warwick.  His current research interests include energy humanities and petrofiction. Both are investigators of the Royal Society of Edinburgh funded Research Network in the Arts and Humanities, Connecting with a low-carbon Scotland.
