A drop-in class for those interested in developing their dance skills and exploring new dance styles, these sessions will offer participants the opportunity to improve their technique, stamina and performance skills.
Sunday 2nd September - Abby Warrilow
In this session, Abby will work with the group to devise their own choreographed dance using music that has inspired her. Feel free to bring along ideas of music you want to move to!
Sunday 7th October
This will be a FREE session as part of the Fun Palaces project taking place venue wide. Come along and learn some new dance and movement skills!
Sunday 28th October
Giulia Montalbano is back this month, focusing on some contact improvisation.
Contact improvisation is free play with balance and practice includes rolling, falling, following a physical point of contact,Giulia will be guiding participants through creating their own original choreographic piece based on what they have been exploring.

Lucy Wilson is back to warm up our winter looking more closely at how participants can use their bodies as a creative tool.
