Inspired by the birds and extraordinary plants that live on the bog.

Flanders Moss (near Stirling) is the largest raised bog in the UK. ‘Dawn Chorus’ is inspired by the birds and extraordinary plants that live on the bog, providing a rich habitat for wildlife. David Pickett SNH, botanical illustrator Jessica Langford, willow weaver Kate Sankey and sound recordist Molly Schutten worked with four Stirlingshire schools, creating botanical artwork, soundscape and ‘Caroline Curlew’ willow sculpture which can be seen on Flanders Moss.
