The Edinburgh Quartet has long been celebrated as one of Britain’s foremost chamber ensembles, performing over fifty concerts throughout Scotland and beyond each year.  The Quartet is frequently featured in radio broadcasts for the BBC and has an extensive discography available on various labels, with its two most recent releases having been widely critically acclaimed in the press. 

In 2013 the Edinburgh Quartet was established as the Quartet in Residence at the University of Stirling.  Since taking up residency they have delivered educational music workshops, participated in our Japan week celebrations and supported a number of concerts and events on campus involving students, staff and the local community.

This event is free but booking is recommended. Running time approx. 1 hour 30mins not including interval.
