Come along to our Upper Foyer on Sunday the 19th of March to see what our M Dance Plus group 'Go with the flow' have been up to!
Go with the flow will perform a short routine they have been working on in the upper foyer at 2:00pm, 2:30pm and 3:00pm.
These performances are free to watch with no need to book.
Here's what they have to say -
"We have been practising improvisation, often working with imagery and sensation. This helps us to access different ways of moving and experiencing ourselves, as well as tuning into the group. We are forming a community - a tapestry of support and belonging - around these practices. Some of which we are being shares with you today in our performance"
