This class is for anyone who wants to sink their toes into fun and energising dance routines. The class focuses on contemporary technique exercises to develop strength, flexibility, musicality and articulation, leading into choreography that progresses and develops each week.
Please ensure your home space is clear of any obstacles prior to the session and have some water to hand. This class is aimed at an improvers/intermediate level.
This is an online class and sessions led by dancer, choreographer and yoga teacher Lucy May Wilson.
Online booking closes one hour before the first session of term begins. A zoom link will be sent to all bookers via email 30 minutes before each session.
