In this online class, participants will learn key elements of dance technique: warming up efficiently, strengthening and enhancing mobility and flexibility, learning sequencing, and exploring creativity in movement.
This class is for all levels and is a great opportunity to explore our love of movement within a group of like minded individuals. Please ensure your home space is clear of any obstacles prior to the session and have some water to hand.
This is an online class and sessions led by dancer, choreographer and yoga teacher Lucy May Wilson.
Online booking closes one hour before this session begins. A zoom link will be sent to all bookers via email 45 minutes before each session.
