In these sessions, we’ll move between shorter and longer sequences with space to facilitate the joy of moving across the floor to provide for the familiar and the unfamiliar movement patterns.
Please remember to bring water to this session.
This class is held in the dance studio at Wallace High School, Airthrey Road, Stirling, FK9 5HW.
Please note, there are no sessions on the 16th and 23rd of January 2023.
