Submit a photo of something or somewhere you value in this season's Conversation Photo Competition.
In The Yellow on the Broom, Betsy Whyte describes how few photographs her family owned, and how precious they were. 'We travellers carried only essential and treasured possessions with us. Everything else we burned when we moved on. So these [seven family photographs] must have been amongst my mother's treasures.'
Get involved in our first Conversation Photo Competition by submitting a photo of something that matters to you and a short description explaining why. It can be a copy of a treasured photo or picture of something or somewhere you value. We'll select a number of our favourites to be exhibited in our venue and on our social media channels.
