Reinvigorate your mind and body from the comfort of your chair. Suitable for ages 16+.

Stuck at home and sitting for long periods of time? Sitting at a computer all day? In desk chair defunk you will learn some easy moves that can all be done from the comfort of your desk (or other) chair whilst helping to re-align, re-engage and reinvigorate your mind and body to get you through the rest of the week.
This class is very much about taking some time for your mind and body, participants are welcome to turn their camera off for the session.
No previous experience of Yoga is necessary.
This session is led by Yoga Teacher and Dance Artist/Facilitator Lucy May Wilson
