Start your day with 15 minutes of energising yoga with Lucy May Wilson. This is a great way to wake-up and get yourself ready for the day. In this short online class, Lucy will guide you through some mindful breathing and movement which will prepare you to take on the day ahead.
The zoom room opens at 8.30am with the class beginning at 8.35am.
Please have a yoga mat or towel and a cushion to sit on. Any additional props will be highlighted in an email before class. These online yoga sessions are suitable for those aged 16+ years.
