This short 30 minute session is the perfect way to start the work week. This session will incorporate breathing exercises, some gentle, energising movement and a short focus exercise to get you ready to take on the week ahead.
Please have a yoga mat or towel, and cushion to sit on. As this class is movement focused, please wear suitable, comfortable clothing and have a glass/bottle of water to hand.
This session is led by Yoga Teacher and Dance Artist/Facilitator Lucy May Wilson.
Online booking closes one hour before this session begins. A zoom link will be sent to all bookers via email 45 minutes before each session.
