Local Children's Charities To Benefit From Summer Sharing Stories

Over the summer of 2016, our 'Sharing Stories' programme will offer a range of fun opportunities for families with young children in Scotland to spend time learning, playing and exploring literature through books, theatre and the arts together. These look to include live performances, film screenings, storytelling, exploration of illustration and visual arts and book-themed craft activities, and the project aims to introduce children and families to new ways of exploring the arts, books and reading.

A theatre show that pinpoints and deconstructs the darker side of stand-up comedy. From award-winning theatre-maker Gary McNair, his long-awaited Scottish tour for smash-hit Edinburgh Fringe show opens in April, touring to the Macrobert Arts Centre on Wed 4 May, 7.30pm.
