We're taking part! Disabled Access Day 2016

Join us for Disabled Access Day - an annual event, raising awareness of the access issues faced by many people & giving them the chance to explore somewhere new. Be it a cinema, cafe, museum or anywhere else, on the 12th March 2016, we encourage people to take part in an event, be it here or around the UK, with your friends and family.

It may only feel like the end of the Summer holidays, however with the October mid-term break fast approaching we still have tickets available for a number of live shows, workshops and films to keep the family entertained.

Call For Artists Submissions

Our exhibition space, the Arthouse, hosts both professional and amateur artworks throughout the year.  This Christmas we’d are trying something new by hosting an exhibition that showcases the work of five or six artists and will offer audiences the opportunity to purchase original Christmas gifts.

Following on from the appointment of Julie Ellen as our new Artistic Director, we are delighted to enhance and widen our Board of Trustees, welcoming four new members - Alan Simpson OBE (Deputy Lieutenant for Stirling and Falkirk), Andrew Panton (Artistic Director of Musical Theatre at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland), Neil Roden (Director of HR Strategy Panel at creative agency ThisCity & Managing Director of International Financial Services at Berkeley Research Group) and Natalie Ibu (Artistic Director and Chief Executive of national portfolio organisation Tiata Fahodzi).

'High octane... energetic, witty and playful' **** The Skinny

Catch the amazing Cultured Mongrel Dance Company on their only central tour date this Wednesday. Status Anxiety & Thinking in the First Person (Wed 17 June, 7.30pm) is a daring dance double-bill that looks at the way social media has changed our lives. It features an entertaining fusion of dance styles such as hip-hop, b-boy and contemporary! There's even a free post show discussion after the performance.

A Night to Remember - Macrobert's 2015 Gala Evening.

It's finally here. Our 2015 Gala Evening is this Saturday, and it's shaping up to be a memorable night on the town that will help support the arts in Central Scotland.
