We're delighted to announce that we've been awarded funding from Screen Scotland's Cinema Equipment Fund to upgrade our Filmhouse. We're going to be installing state-of-the-art cinema equipment, including a 4K Laser Projector and a new sound system and move the original Filmhouse equipment to our Mainhouse, in order to open this up as a third cinema space.

We're looking for independent practitioners with original, high quality work to sell for both of our events. Excitement is building for the arrival of Disney’s The Lion King on Fri 19 July and the lions at Blair Drummond Safari Park are getting in on the action. Some of our team dropped by to deliver the lion’s family ticket in person and got the chance to ‘meet’ the The Lion King of the Safari Park and his pride.
Performers from the Macrobert Arts Centre helped mark the latest step in the £21.7 million redevelopment of the University of Stirling campus. The Campus Central project, which includes an extensive refurbishment of the University’s existing atrium and a three-storey extension, will join the heart of the University with the Macrobert Arts Centre, as well as adding more than 50% of extra learning, social and study space for staff and students.
